This company is a complete scam- BEWARE
This company is a complete scam
I have been pursuing a refund from this company for 4 months. The products made my skin have a terrible reaction and I have adhered to all requests of sending batch numbers pictures etc and am constantly fobbed off. They even reply on trust pilot trying to make it look like they are listening this is just a guise. When you reply they do nothing at all! The only way to stop the humble customer being abused like this is to not to buy from them PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE PRODUCTS OR BUY FROM THEM - AWFUL STUFF AND AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE- PS Please do not reply to this message as I mentioned its pointless you do nothing its all part of the scam!

Bad customer service/ False advertising on offers
I placed an order in October 2022 as part of a promotion to receive a free 15ml serum (worth £67) with orders over £100. I spent over this amount and did not recieve the free gift as promised after raising a complaint and trying to follow up a number of times but fobbed off each time - 3 months later and still no outcome or free gift as promised. last response from them was on 3rd November and I can only assume they are hoping i will get tired of chasing - which i have. I would not have spent this amount if it was not for the promotion so feel I have been the victim of false advertising.

I have sent over 15 messages now trying…
I have sent over 15 messages now trying to resolve this. None of the replies have answered my queries.
I ordered 7 items that I received beginning of December.
One item had the expiry date partly removed. I would have thought nothing of this but then the next item had an expiry date 01/2023, just a couple of weeks away. I feel I have been reasonable asking them to replace my items and I will return the originals once received.
Had a message from Stephen the other day which did not resolve the issue.
If not happy with his reply to get back in touch with him but gave me no means of doing so. I would not of had any issue if they had just replaced the items but now feel very angry at the way this had been dealt with.

Ordered moisturiser to try.
Usually use Clinique or crème de l Mer

The moisturiser was supposedly easily absorbed and rich and to help with ageing
It doesn’t absorb just sits on the skin & makes my face look tired and puffy.

Dreadful product total waste of money and no way will I buy anything else.

Almost 3 months later robo emails, a conversation with customer service, and trying to track the package still my order has not arrived. They don't seem willing to help. worst customer service dept ever.

Had problems using a discount code to make my first ever purchase. It didn’t work but was quickly sorted by Amber. Can’t comment on products yet but customer service was responsive.

Nearly 2 months on and still my order…
Nearly 2 months on and still my order has not been received! Numerous messages to customer services but just standard a answers received. Disgraceful service and as a new customer not what I was expecting from this company.

Fraud. Repeat charges. Bad product.
Scam. Did a one time purchase. Products didn't do anything other than give me a break out. Then I noticed recurring charges on my debit card from Perricone MD. I searched better business bureau and it has happened to so many!!! I had to report fraud to my bank and get a stop order and new bank card.

I had a recent problem with an order…
I had a recent problem with an order that was returned by the courier & was not resent to me. I contacted Darcy via instagram as i had no response to my queries via email.
Darcy was extremely helpful and has resent my order to me and has been very polite and courteous in her communication with me. I am very grateful that she sorted the issue very quickly.

Great products and customer service
I've used Perricone products for a few years now. Absolutely fantastic. I recently had an issue with an order not arriving - not a problem, Perricone sent out a new one. Customer service is excellent, especially Angel who has helped me sort this out. I would highly recommend this company and products.

Order not received
Update: Matt, as requested I have completed the contact us form on the website with my details.

Ordered a product on 3rd Jan and still not received the item (20/1) even after many attempts to chase it up. I’ve tried to cancel the order but was told it had gone through to the dispatch process so that wasn’t possible. I have asked when my order will be dispatched and cannot get a straight answer out of them. I will never order from them again, it’s shouldn’t be this difficult!!

Extremely happy and satisfied.experience with Dr Perricone is…
My experience with Dr Perricone is something to talk about.
Firstly I should be thankful for the great service and response I get on Instagram. Anything I am not sure about I ask and the ladies get back to me ASAP I have also since a big difference regarding my pigmentation and the dark spots around my eyes. I am very happy with all my products.
Please get the total skin and body .

I purchased the medium shade, if you are wanting a full coverage for blemishes etc, this is not for you, but saying that I do really like this foundation, it's is so natural looking, and does feel like you are not wearing makeup, I have had lots of compliments, but I wouldn't wear this for a night time, nice tho, especially for warm days, not cakey, and looks really fresh and natural.

Never ever order from this brand!

Their next day delivery is a fraud - it takes up to 72 hours to process an order so even if you pay for next day products will take over 3 days to get to you! Terrible customer service, their phone line is never answered, they don’t respond to messages/emails and their live chat is only available once a week. It took them 4 weeks to provide me with an answer about why my product hadn’t arrived.

They do not care about their customers!
